My name is Billy C. Smith, and I have produced pastel,  charcoal, and acrylic portraits for over 40 years. My education comes from many different art classes and schools, and being self taught over the many years that I have been drawing. I love the softness of pastels, and find working with them very rewarding. My love for animals started me doing pet portraits so that my clients can keep the memories of their fur buddies forever. Portraits of people are a little more challenging, but very rewarding when the client call's me to say how wonderful and life like they are.
